Ms [redacted] contacted our company first on August 9th inquiring about expansion of her areasShe was called on August 10th and August 11th and voicemail messages were leftShe called on the 12th but we are not open on Saturdays, however, one of our Sales Representatives spoke with her and entered her requestWe attempted to contacted her on the 14th and 15th with no responseIf someone not authorized on the account asks to cancel we cannot honor the request for security reasons and ask the authorized parties to either make the request directly or authorize the user making the requestWe just want to make sure that a persons phone number is not shut off by the wrong party as it can be detrimental to their business operationsOn September 14th Ms [redacted] emailed me directly but I was out of the office and my out office instructed her to contact my co-worker Becky H [redacted] According to my co-worker that did not happenWe have since cancelled Ms [redacted] account and refunded Septembers fee as requestedAdditionally we have refunded her August fees as a gesture of goodwillDocumentation of any of the above events is available upon request

We have received no contact from this companyReviewing our system I see they have last contacted us several months ago with no problemI suspect this person is not familiar with our appropriate contact informationThis person is not authorized to cancel the account but I have reached out to the appropriate party and let them know that we would be happy to cancel their account

I think people should not have to pay $in order to give a payment on their accountI have an account with Credit One Bank and every time I give a payment they tell me its going to be $extraSometimes people like me forget dates ir I dont have a stampThats the only way they dont charge you if you mail itIs that legal to charge after all we are already paying interest

I have tried to cancel the service and sent an email to the address indicated on our contract but I have never received any acknowledgement from the company and they kept charging our American Express as usualI even sent another emailforwarding the first one and asking why they were still charging us but never received an answerTheir customer service are non-existent (except to try to sell you something additional)

I don't know how this company gets a good ratingThere is no Customer Service at allI deal with multiple custom toll free accounts and it's shocking that the Customer Service is so low qualityIf you call about an issue they will just tell you that someone will call you backToday is Sept and I have been waiting for a phone call about an issue since Sept This is not the first time this has happened eitherI've spoken to many help desk representatives and they all end up doing the same thingThey need a better policy on dealing with issuesCan't wait until we stop dealing with this unfit Company
