Review: On May 29, 2013, Mr. [redacted], owner of Cycle Brothers of San Diego, picked up my 1973 Honda motorcycle for a few repairs of tune up, new tires and cleaning. I received many voice mails from [redacted],(secretary), and texts from [redacted],(only after my phone calls),from August 2,2013 through March 2014 stating my motorcycle was complete and final checks should be completed "this week". I still have all voice mails and texts. I waited close to one year with repeated statements that it would be completed, "next week. I finally requested that I pick up the bike on Tuesday March 11, 2014.My Honda was delivered late on March 11, 2014, in the back of a [redacted]'s truck to an address belonging to an auto shop. It was very obvious that it was not Cycle Brothers of San Diego. My Honda was not complete. The fuel lines were disconnected, fuel tank loose, damage to the side cover plates, filthy dirty, and the items stated to me from August 2013, through March of 2014, were incomplete. AND he demanded all cash. This is the worst of the worst in my 61 years of doing business with anyone. They do not tell the truth, have no real business address, will not return calls, only an occasional text. I strongly urge the Revdex.com to investigate this terrible, unethical business immediately before someone else gets hurt emotionally and monetarily.Desired Settlement: A third party, with me not present, should be delivered the bike in running condition. I will pay the $79.00 initial quote plus the cost of the two tires, and tune up. It must have the damaged parts done to the bike after delivery fixed with the detail complete. I will not engage with [redacted] of Cycle Brothers ever again. Payment will be in the form of a cashiers check or personal check, not cash as [redacted] wanted.
