Suppliers not paid and I now have a lien on my property
This is a complaint against Dean Wilson Roofing owned by Dean SLicense # ***I hired Dean 11/24/to replace my roof and provided a depositHe was paid in full 1/8/I now have a construction lien placed on my property because he didn't pay the supplierI only found out who the supplier was because of thisHe has now gone MIAI have tried calling and texting and no responseI finally got ahold of someone from the supply company who had also indicated the can't reach himThe total bill from *** that he owes them is $2,After I received this notice I google searched the company and apparently from a yelp review another person had used Dean Wilson Roofing with supplies coming from *** and a lien was place against that person's property as well

Recently Dean and his team put a new roof tear off and replacement Everything was going quite well however he forgot to post the building permit but started anyway tearing off the roof and putting on the first layer for the inspector to approve Dean didn't make it back to post the permit for the inspector to stamp offThis caused a rejection of the roof Deans employees continued to put the remainder of the roof on with out the permit being approved or stamped off This was in January of and I am still waiting on him to pay his fine and get the final inspection stamped off which hasn't happened yet! His phones are out of order and I am unable to find him anywhere I talked to the county so I can get it approved final inspection and I have to wait until August before this can happen The county is also telling me I need to hire an engineer to tear off part of my new roof to get the inspection approved and pay someone to finish the job Dean SOwner/CEO is suppose to finish His employees may know what they are doing I have yet to get this approved I would not recommend Dean Wilson Roofing or Dean SOwner/CEO which ever name he is running with to do your roof
