Hello! I received this email for the first time todayI received a call suggesting I had received an email from the Revdex.com, but I had not received anything until today. I am more than happy to work with Ms***. We asked for a doctors letter outlining her daughter's injuryOur
contract requires days notice for withdraw from a classWe also do not accept withdraws after a certain point in the year, however with a doctors note I was going to revisit this case even though our policy regarding withdraw from a class is clear I would be happy to support this customer, but I am aware that our office manager explained that a WEB MD document was not the type of doctors notice we needed. I requested formal documentation form a doctor which would offer a diagnosis and clear explanation of her daughter's injuryThis information would allow me to consider the plan in relation to withdraw that differs from the policy outlined in our contract. This injury did not occur at our place of business and we had no supporting documentation except for a WEB MD explanation Thanks! Shari F*

Dear [redacted],I called last week, but did not receive a response. I would be happy to speak with you by phone. Pleasecall my cell phone if you would like to reach me. My number is: [redacted].This letter Is a response to a complaint ID number [redacted].The...

complaint suggests: 1. Policies regarding withdraw from classes and non-refundable costumes oreunclear or that the customer was not informed of these policies. 2. A charge for entrance to our recitalvia A Victorian Country Christmas is a conflict of interest.I have enclosed paperwork in relation to the [redacted] account (student- [redacted]). The originalenrollment was online during the summer of 2015. To complete a registration the online system requiresthe client to read and agree to all polices Including the non-refundable charges tor costumes and ourwithdraw policy. The [redacted]'s continued their registration by signing a fall registration and keepingtheir credit card on file. Once again, the client signed the registration form which inclvdes disclosure ofall policies. The client signs this form Indicating that they have read and understand the policies. At no time was the costume purchase (occurs in November) or withdraw poly questioned. In addition, theclient did not question the location of the Christmas recital. I have enclosed a hand-out featuring theaccessories Information necessary for the Christmas recital. This hand-out was one of many hand-outsand email notices Indicating the recital occurred at A Victorian Country Christmas. We own A VictorianCountry Christmas. In no way is this Information hidden. We have a truck in our parking lot that Isembossed with the name of our festival and the upcoming dates for the event. Our ticket prices are kept low for our recital because we are able to use the mainstage at A VictorianCountry Christmas. However, we have to pay staffing, tech fees tor sound, lights, and video, as well asmaintenance for the 1500 seat theater during the four hour window for our dress rehearsal (no chargefor dancers and families) and the three hour window for our recital. In addition to theater and staffingcosts we rent the Hobby Hall portion of the Western Washington Fairgrounds and Events Center used fora green room, dressing rooms, and waiting areas specifically for the recital. Just like all studios in ourarea, we would have a ticket fee for our recitals whether we were at A Victorian Covntry Christmas or atheater venue because a recital requires staffing, technical crews, and theater rental/use costs. Pleasenote, students receive a free ticket to get into A Victorian Country Christmas on the day of the recital.
Children, including siblings dancers 5 and under attend the recital and A Victorian Country Christmas freeof charge. The price of a ticket to attend the recital Is $12, but there are special prices for students andseniors citizens as well. Students of TDA are not required to participate In the recital. We had severalstudents that were out of town tor the recital. They performed in the dress rehearsal, but opted out ofthe recital. In some cases a student did not perform in In either the dress rehearsal or the recital. This Isaccepted as long as arrangements are made In advance. The complaint regarding our Christmas recital venue and withdraw polles was not made until after theclient determined they would like to withdraw to pursue another activity and they did not agree with ourstance regarding maintaining contractual obligations. Our office manager made every effort to show the client the written policies they agreed to andmaintained communication by email and phone. Please review the enclosed Information and let me know if you have further questions.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they assumed that we knew that the Victorian Country Christmas was owned by Ms F[redacted]. I did not know this as we were new to the dance academy.  There was never a conversation in regards to this. I still feel like there was double dipping due to her owning both companies.  There was never any conversation about [redacted] not participating. We would have still had to pay the costume fee whether she participated or not. As far as the costume fees, that is fine, but I want [redacted]'s costume that I paid $75 dollars for. That is only fair. [redacted] is a foster child.  She doesn't understand this whole conversation.  My only way to resolve this is to either get my $75.00 back or receive the costume that was paid for.  The contract had check marks down the side. I did not put those check marks there. I would have initialed them.  I do not remember seeing it nor do I receive a copy of the contract.  Since I did not receive a copy, the contract is not binding. Sincerely,[redacted]
