I am sorry to hear that Mr*** was not pleas** with the results he had in his yard Go Green made every effort to work with Mr*** and his yard His yard was treat** no differently than the other several hundr** that we take care of Growing a nice lawn takes teamwork between
the homeowner and the turf management company We tri** to work with Mr*** and tri** to explain to him the importance of watering Mr ***s lawn fill** in very nicely last fall and began to look very nice with the spring rains As we dri** out his yard began to show stress and watering directions were given to him both written and verbally Mr***s yard began to show issues in direct pattern with the weatherAll throughout this process Mr*** on more than one occasion got into verbally abusive arguments with more than one of our employees After more than a year and many free service calls trying to hold Mr***s hand and taking into consideration his verbal abuse and unwillingness to do his part (water his lawn) it was in his and our best interest to part ways I will not be making any financial restitution to Mr *** He still has an entire season of lawn treatment invoices outstanding with us that we have just written off I'd like to mention that we have a 98% customer retention rate since We are rank** in the top lawn irrigation and lawn treatment companies in the Kansas City area by several refrence companies such as the Revdex.com This does not happen by mistake We wish Mr*** the best

I am rejecting this response because: What they are saying is not true, as simple as thatI did follow instructions with the watering advise (I do have the water One invoice to show I was watering, those dates.)Secondly, I did not get abuse language with their employees, yes I did talk/express ** that I was not happy with the results, I do not have any outstanding invoice with Go Green, I have paid the one's given to me.I do understand that mistakes are possible, the problem is when somebody does not want to recognize, that's allIt was possible a solution but the cut the communication lineI feel I was treat** unfairly
