My family's vacation was almost ruined by the condition of the rooms at the Days Inn North hotel On the second night, I was attacked by bed bugs I received over thirty bites! The pain was unbearable and I would not wish this on anyoneThe staff and management of the hotel were completely negligent when it came to helping usWe asked numerous times to speak with the management, but were given a run-aroundWhen they changed our room the next night, my daughter-in-law got several bed bug bites as well They gave us the run-around again, denied it was bed bugs (which it clearly was; I have pictures as proof)They do not care about their customers, nor do they take care of their establishmentThey never dealt with the bed bugs while we were there and on the last day, we still found bed bugs on top of the bedMy family has traveled all over the world, and this was the worst customer service we have ever seen
