First of all, I take issue with the fact that they have said they've called me "six documented times." I received only one voice message from someone who refused to leave a callback numberIt is insincere and poor customer service to contend that this is a sufficient and adequate response.
Furthermore, the offer for store credit for shipping is unacceptable to meThis heavy and bulky item is entirely too expensive to ship back without a prepaid labelI feel that this is an unacceptable resolutionAfter this experience, I have no desire to use this company's services again so store credit is uselessPlease send me a pre-paid shipping label to return this item.

Review: On March 25, 2013 I ordered a ring from dealondirect.com. As of today, April 30th, I have not received this product. The money I paid for the product came out of my account right away. I emailed them on April 4th asking where the ring was and received a response April 5th saying that the order had been shipped and to allow 9 days. On April 12th I emailed asking for the tracking number so I could see where the product was. April 13th they responded and said it had not been shipped out and it could be another two weeks before it was shipped. I called them on April 29th and was forwarded to a voicemail each time I called. I emailed again and have not gotten a response. At this point it has been over a month since I ordered a ring, one, small, tiny ring and still not received it and as far as I know at this point it has not even been SHIPPED out yet!!!!!! Obviously I will not deal with this company again.

Desired Settlement: Better customer service would be great. If someone orders a product and your job is to send the product out then do so! At this point I would not order anything from dealsondirect.com and I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. Review: DealsonDirect had advertised on [redacted] 1600 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets for $26.00 You had to purchase the [redacted] certificate to get the discounted $26.00 price, they were valued at $149.00The [redacted] website & the DealsonDirect Website both stated the sheets were 1600 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets. In fact, the DealsonDirect website claim that these were 100% "organic Egyptian Cotton".When I received my sheets, the outer case stated, "Egyptian Quality" Sheets. When I opened the sheets, I noticed that these were not Egyptian Cotton. You had look hard to find the tiniest tag, but when you found it, it states 100% microfiber. This is total bate & switch and/or false advertising. I tried calling DealsonDirect several times, but all I got was a constant ringing. Review: Dealsondirect sent me some items I did not order, but not the ones I ordered. They are refusing to pay for the return shipping to fix their mistake.On 09/20, I bought 2 sets of cotton queen sheets, for $26 each and $7 shipping each. Instead, they sent me some synthetic fiber (plastic) sheets.The label of the sheets is purposefully misleading, as it uses the word "Egyptian" in huge font, which usually refers to Egyptian cotton, but carefully avoids using the word "cotton" on the label. Written in a tiny font, they write "micro-fiber"!I contacted Dealsondirect. They acknowledged their mistake, and that they had sent me the wrong item. However, they refused to provide me a label for return shipping or to reimburse me for return shipping, unless I had the original shipping box. As no one else has this policy of reusing only the original shipping container, which was also very dirty, I had thrown it a long time ago. Review: I purchased a ROBVAC from Deals on Direct 2/28/2013. It is 5/10/2013, and I still haven't received it. The mailbox is full. They also took 2 weeks off between the end of April and May 6th. I was told my order would ship on 4/18 when I finally DID reach someone. That day came and went. On May 7th, I received an email from them saying my product shipped, and gave me a tracking number. The package never moved. On 5/9 I received ANOTHER email with a DIFFERENT tracking number. That shipment never moved. I emailed the company yesterday, and got an email back saying if I was looking for shipping info, to press the link. I did. It says Robvac's are shipping daily b/n 5/5 and 6/5. I want to know exactly when my machine is shipped, and get a tracking number to actually track the shipment. This is ridiculous. I ordered something 2 months before Christmas, and they actually told me there was a delay, because the hats were being "hand made" and they had a quality problem. The hats were MASS made, and sold in the streets of NY. I should never have ordered from them again, but were giving them a second chance. I want my product. Please help.

The product did NOT ship. On their website it shows that they should ship b/n 5/5 and 6/6. This is already after I was told it would ship on 4/18. I actually called them on 5/20, and was told that the shipping number they gave me (they sent me two, so I had to clarify which one. He could not explain why I had two.) WILL be the shipping number when it actually ships. He told me that all the packages are ready to go, but for some reason the USPS in CA does not currently have mail service. WHAT????? There is no news about that. This story is as good as them hand making the hat I purchased in October, 2012, and they weren't happy with the quality. These stories are hard to believe. What is going on with this company? I can't imagine I'm the only one. If they would just get MY package sent out, and let me know when it ships with a good tracking number, so I get it, I will let everyone else fight their own battles. I see the product FINALLY shipped on 5/29, but it did NOT ship under the shipping number they originally gave me. It was on the second number they gave me, telling me it shipped on 5/10. The USPS says it's out for delivery. I hope it is. I also hope the product works, because I certainly do not trust that I will be satisfied with a return. This is two strikes. I won't go here again. Review: Ordered two Robo Cleaners from Deals on Direct through [redacted] Coupons. Waited months for them. Got notice they were delivered... Didn't happen.

I bought 2 robo sweepers on April 1, 2013 from Deals on Direct through [redacted]. I ordered. They immediately charged my credit card.

The [redacted] coupon voucher numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]

Direct on Deal order numbers are XXXXX and XXXXX.

Four weeks came and went and no sweepers arrived.

Tried to call the number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX numerous days and times from 10am opening time to 4pm and got "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY"

Then I got notices that they were being sent out after June 12. Hooray they're on the way...

I finally got a notice with a tracking number and I keep up with that.

Imagine my surprise when the tracking information said that one was delivered on June 25 and the other on June 26... what a joke.

Went to the post office and they said they hadn't gotten delivery, but gave me a [redacted] card to call and check the tracking.

I called the [redacted] tracking number and was informed that your company sent notification that one would be shipped out on June 23 and the other on June 25. They never received either package and neither did I.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the Robo sweepers that I ordered and paid for. If they can't deliver them I want my $36 that I paid for the sweepers and any shipping charges I paid refunded. They took my money immediately and expect it back in as quick a time.

I did receive the item and the charge was correct per my agreement at 8:04:48pm with a transaction ID [redacted].The issue is that while the $15.00 charge was collected from my [redacted] credit card, an additional $10.00 was taken out as well with the following details:[redacted]$10.00 USDTransaction ID [redacted] spoke with customer service at DealsOnDirect.com and was told that the extra $10.00 was some sort of discount code that I was responsible for that was NOT entered and I would need to go to my account with them to resolve. I told him I was going to report this to the Revdex.com.Later, after a message left, I spoke with [redacted], a founder of DealsOnDirect.com who told me that his company had NOTHING at all to do with the $10.00 charge from [redacted]. He compared it to a situation me purchasing an item at [redacted]... NOTHING to do with his company. Please note that the two charges have the exact same transaction number and time and his associate acknowledged a relationship between the two companies.I do not expect to recoup my $10.00 however am concerned that this type of fraudulent charging goes on at DealsOnDirect.com and [redacted]. I ordered a Robo Sweeper from Deals-On-Direct April 8, 2013. I called May 23 to inquire about the delivery. I was told the Sweeper I had ordered was out of stock. I was offered a refund or an upgrade to a better sweeper. I chose the up grade. At that time I was advised the sweeper would be shipped on May 28. I have not received the sweeper as of this date. Originally I called DOD regarding my purchase.
