physical exam prior to the administration of any vaccines to insure they are in good health.The owner was informed of these requirements in 2 places on the boarding forms that she signed. We even asked her to initial next to this requirement, and she did.
To complain after the fact that she was not informed of this fee is incorrect and we have shared this documentation with her. We  have declined to issue a refund for this fee.
She is correct that she was not informed of the $2.50 medical waste disposal fee. This should have been done and I have apologized to her for that oversight. We have issued a credit for this fee.
