Dear BBB, I spoke directly to the member as she never received the check that should have been mailed out at the beginning of June. There was a delay in our system and it halted the check. The refund check was sent via [redacted] overnight and it is showing as delivered on their website. I will follow up with the member to ensure it was delivered.
