I have reviewed the response offer made by
the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would first like to thank you for addressing this issue with the company, and I am pleased they corrected part of the issue.The other part of my complaint was the fact that they advertise they accept VISA, MasterCard, etcI attempted to pay the additional $they were charging and gave them a choice of credit cards or my debit cardThey refused andhanded my daughter's cell phone back to her without even talking to me about it any further. Just a reminder, she had $cash and I was trying to pay the additional $with a credit cardMy daughter drove from Rocky Mount to Bedford and incurred $51.29 transportation charges (outlined in the original complaint.) They also did not address the fact that their advertising mislead her and she drove to the location, missed work,and still was unable to get the extraction.Thank you again to Revdex.com for keeping these businesses honest and supporting consumers

There have been multiple issues with this patient ranging from as far backyear ago.Most recently she called and yelled at the assistant through the phoneabout a procedure we performed on her denture, a chairside liner, thataddressed one of her concerns.She specifically stated while yelling, " I want
a remake or a refund"When she presented to the clínic, the patient was loud in the chairHerbehavior was disruptiveShe was told that we would adjust the dentures orrefundShe became so loud and disruptive, we had to call the police.We rook the full set dentures back and refunded her $the cost ofthe denturesShe is in dispute over the cost of the xrayThe xray is a legaldocument and property of the officeShe is entitled to a copy at a costWewill not refund for the extractions because the teeth we pulled and therewas never a past issue about the extractionsShe has been refunded andreleased and needs to purchase another set, we recommended*** **.Thank You,

I have decided to decline the settlement that Dr*** has offeredI would have expected a full refund given that, as she stated, it is an "implant stabilization system"I think "system" might be the operative wordThe dentures cannot be worn without implants because there is no way to attain occlusion without the palate on the dentures. Dr*** stated in her reply that I had no complaints about the dentures until after the modifications were madeShe is correct in that fact, however, immediately after the implants were done and the dentures loaded onto them I did complain and told *** I could not talk with these teeth in because of the housing on the back of the denture which was not there until after the modificationsThe housing is causing the speech and eating problems. She further stated due to the cost of the materials, her time and modification of the dentures that she would not refund the full amountIt is my contention that had she been more informative upfront about the dentures then I would have surely opted out of doing themIf she would have told me that there would be slurring and guttural sounds in my speech and there would be eating problems and drooling then I would have surely opted out of doing themThese problems are the very problems that people get resolved by having the implants done, not after the implant surgery is done.Furthermore, Dr*** states in her offer that I did not like the stabilization system which is not trueI love the concept but I wish I would have been more selective about who I had to put them inIt has been frustrating to deal with all the problems of losing them one by oneAlso, the advertisement that she hands out for the implants explicitly says on the back of it "we want you to be completely satisfied with the services you receive at the practiceThis applies not only to the Affordable Dentures we provide, but also to the kind of patient care you receive." Well, I am not completely satisfied...period

To Whom it May Concern: Transcend Credit Union is in receipt of Mr***’s complaint filed in November in which he states that the credit union did not notify him of the name and changeFurther, Mr*** asserts that the credit union has not applied his October loan payment and that
his credit score has dropped points due to this circumstance Transcend Credit Union went to great lengths to notify the membership of the name change that took place in September All credit union members were sent two postcard notifications through the United States Postal ServiceTranscend Credit Union kept and maintained the same telephone number, ***, for customer service inquiriesThe website was updated to ***, and attempts to navigate to the old web address (***) are automatically forwarded to the new Transcend web addressLast, no mailing address has changedOur mailing addresses remain: ** *** *** *** ** *** and *** *** *** *** ** *** Second, Transcend is in receipt of the 9/3/loan payment that Mr*** references in his complaint; it was applied to his loan account on 9/15/2017, the same day it was received as incoming mailIn addition, we received another payment on 11/3/2017. As a courtesy, the 11/payment was backdated to 10/and a late fee was refundedIn addition, and also as a courtesy, the due date was updated to 12/19/due to the member making a double payment in 12/However, going forward the member is advised that loan payments may not be pre-paid more than days in advance of the due date(This means that Mr***’s 12/19/loan payment may be made as early as 11/20/2017.) Last, the credit union reviewed the payment history and is updating all major credit bureaus to report that Mr*** has made all loan payments as agreed since account openingAs of the date of this letter and per the request of the complainant, I have left a message for Mr*** at *** which included my direct phone numberShould any further information be needed, please feel free to contact me directly at *** or ***. [I am very dissatisfied with the way they handled my pay off. I express mailed my check payment in full on July 20th. it was scheduled to be in their post office box by 9:am on Friday, 21st. They went to their post office box earlier than that on Friday, so my check was in their mailbox over the weekend, til Monday. They deposited my check on Monday am. They knew as soon as they ran it through that it was good. I called my bank to check on it. I called them back, told them it was clear, they said they still couldn't send me the release of the lien for days. I don't understand, if you have proof that the check is good. So, I waited my days, which would have been August 4th. Waited for papers in the mail. Nothing. Finally called them, again, to ask why I hadn't received my termination of the loan papers. They told me they didn't know why they hadn't sent my paperwork out. That right there should tell anybody that they didn't handle it in a timely manner. It was mailed out on August 9th. I got it in the mail the following Saturday, which I couldn't do anything with on a Saturday. Had to wait until the next Friday, cause I work away from home. This whole problem is resolved, but if anyone is looking for a smooth termination of your loans, probably don't need to rely on these people. I know I'm not the last person on earth that still uses checks for proof of payment. ]

Dentures were purchased in April We cannot refund for a set of dentures that are over one year old She also had them remade, top and bottom, at no charge June At this point we have attempted to address her concerns and honored our one year warranty on breakage.If
patient requires a repair, there will be a norminal charge.She has been wearing the remake set without any issues since June 2015, and the last time she came to see us, she stated that her mouth was swollen because she had eaten something she was allergic to A denture should not be adjusted because your mouth is temporarily swollen She needs to treat her allergies as she normally does.Sincerely,DrJennifer Alston-Sako

daysThe motorcycle lien release was mailed to member on 8/9/We have a signed copy on record with this date. We called the *** County Clerk to confirm lien release and talked to an employee named ***She stated that the lien was released in their system on 8/18/We consider this matter closed
