Dropped car off at night, keys in drop box for oil change and fix a small seal. Tim, the owner never calls - keeps car longer. Called him and asked when car ready, - all set except transmissions fluid should be flushed - or your going to lose your transmission. So, My husband not being around-I agree -then call him, he said it should not coast to much. So I let Desmonds flush fluid, he never offers to advise price. Then he tells me I need brakes, but I know my husband can fix that, so I tell him no. Then he sees my window is not on track so he states that he can fix that. Again, I am not too sure what it will cost, but these seem to be offered up, like it won't cost that much. I get there expecting it to be maybe 150.00 - He charges me 515.00 - way over expected price. I tell him I am not happy. he tells me that my transmission would be gone if I did not fix it. I am clearly upset and he is laughing at me, telling me his prices are clearly posted.... - Well I dropped my car off at night (when he was closed) and picked it up after the work, - I have not been working and he knows that, yet - he charged me too much for everything. This is not fair. I checked with others in town and found out he has a reputation for ripping off women. I called my bank and they cannot reverse these charges. Please help.
