On several occasions he said that I would receive the refund in two weeks -- I never received it He explained that there usually is a restocking fee but that he would waive it and return the full amount to me After a number of phone calls and commitment to return my paymen over these several monthst, I am concerned that I may never receive it By the way, when I contacted "Tim" to cancel the order, the check had not been cashed He cashed it after I cancelled the orderI request a full refund and do not understand why it might take an additional five months for him to honor his commitment Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi this is from direct carpet we try so many time to make her to pay us $Wich is our money but she didn't work with me because she lie to much we will take her to pg county court because she lie and damege to my business and she owe me $plus times of min job my installer went there and no one open the door wich we have a proof

Tim is unreliableHe offered a "deal" if I paid half up frontHe had good reviews previously so I took the dealWe set up installation dates and not once did he show upBut each time he would rescheduleI went through this multiple times with him before he just stopped returning my callsI paid my half deposit and never got any serviceSTAY AWAY

*** *** *** did sign the contract with our company and she ask me if I can do rush job for her carpet job and I call to wearhouse and they cut the carpet and padding after hours pass She call me and ask for refund, in the contract she sign and I sign We don't refund money
we give her store credit, but I told her the carpet and padding has been cut and main - factory need to pick up the carpet and padding - then they will charge our company a 25% restocking fee. But our company didn't break the contract She did I told her she needed to waite and I will work on that and send her the money, we still have her carpet and padding She pay only deposit and we pay more money for her carpet She can wait for or months for refund or she can have store credit But she need to removed my company from Revdex.com very soon or she can have store credit But we did not cancel or breach the contract She did cancel on us After the carpet has been cut She need to removed from Revdex.com my company

 I click to fast as was unable to add my response.
Tim made threatening remarks regarding my family and is only concerned about collect the balance not about finishing the job and doing it right.The entire job cost 2500 and I made a 1500 deposit per our contract. The balance of $1000 is only to be paid upon satisfactory completion, which has not happened. Tim is making no efforts to resolve to my satisfaction and I am rejecting his offer, the "free" offer he is claiming is part of my original contract which I can scan to Revdex.com.

reorder the carpet/ she say no/ she cancelled on me.  I told her it take 3 weeks to 3 monthes refund will be ready.  - Because is special order carpet / and [redacted] must have the carpet and they will refund the money to me and I will give her money back in 3 mo.

Dear customer or Revdex.com
 I am ready to give you store credit for $980- even. Customer did cancelled on me but as in contract all deposit is final and she can have store credit. She did sign the contract.  She knows about the contract. She signe. We will give her store credit for $980.00.  This is the best we can do.
