The complaint contains a large number of inaccurate or false information. Therefore, we would like to give a detailed response from our side and file a counter-complaint against the company [redacted] .Yes, we signed the Agreement in December.1. "Direct Line Development wanted a 12-month... contract, but we negotiated a provision that allowed us to cancel after 5 months if we did not get any business from the website."After signing the contract, [redacted] insisted that they would have the opportunity to terminate the contract, but the wording was totally different: "Direct Line Development agrees to release [redacted] from their [redacted] agreement if [redacted] is not satisfied with the influx of traffic to their Site after 5 months of site's launch."2. "As part of the negotiation, we were promised delivery of our website in 30 days."Neither in the agreement nor in the correspondence, no one promised to create a website for 30 days, it is simply impossible for such a custom website. We launched the website for 3 calendar months, which included Christmas holidays. This time frame is average on the market for a high-leveled website.3. "We were also promised an English as a first language copywriter."First of all, the Agreement did not require us to create texts for the website. We did it only because, after our research, we decided that this specific thing could have increased [redacted] traffic. That's why we also we have not billed [redacted] for the texts, as we do with all our other clients. All copywriters we worked with were hired through the system [redacted] .com and each of them specified English as a native language in their resumes. Texts have been checked before uploading on the website. However, after we received a message from [redacted] where they were saying that they don't like the texts, we have completely rewritten them.4. "We had a long meeting with them during which they agreed to give us 2 months of service without further payment as compensation for the missed deadline."We never told them that we will give them creditor rebate, or that they didn't have to pay. We told that they had to pay at least 2 months then, and then could pay the other two later.5. "They promised us direct results in 3 months."We signed the agreement for 12 months by reason of, usually, it takes from 2 to 4 months to fully design and develop a website and then from 4 to 6 months to get first results out of ***. We completed all the works qualitatively and in time, and now, they get more and more people on the website. Their website is possible to find on [redacted] by a couple dozen of search requests and this number is increasing. "After the launch we received no calls and only one e-mail from our website. It had now been 7 months since we originally retained Direct Line Development. They promised us direct results in 3 months."The Agreement tells that «The goal of [redacted] campaign is to consistently drive targeted traffic to COMPANY's website. Direct Line Development will employ all methods of optimization necessary in order to meet these goals», that does not correspond to what is written in the complaint. Website traffic is increasing since the website launch, which can be proven with the screenshot below, taken from the independent System [redacted] Analytics. This data was repeatedly shown to [redacted] .Website is beautifully made. You can see for yourself. It is also worth noting that the site code demonstrates a very good result on [redacted] 's independent tests.
