Review: I became a member of Dive shop in January 2015. I put my membership on hold around January 30, meaning they were not supposed to charge my credit card anymore. I noticed in early April that I was still being charged the membership fee, I immediately brought this to Dive shop's notice who made me file the membership hold form again. I talked to the manager, who was rude and denied any refund for the month of Feb, and March. To my utter surprise, they didn't just not give me any refund, they charged me again for the month of April on the pretext of company policy. I checked my credit card bill again in June, and saw that I had been charged for the months of May and June as well. This is despite my multiple attempts to put my membership on hold. I have paid 5 months of membership fees extra due to their sluggishness already.Desired Settlement: I get my refund back.
