Good afternoon:
Ms*** is indeed correct when she states "she was made aware she was not approved for a loan." When such notification is extended to an applicant; there is no reason for applicant to call back our office to try to get the decision overturned
Ms*** was harassing our employeesShe was advised we were going to notify her in the event her doctor's office would sign for a no fico program. Ms*** doctor's office decided not to participate in such alternative programDiversePayments advised Ms*** her doctor's office had to become enrolled in such program in order for us to submit her application to such alternative programMs*** continued to call our office excessively every hour of the day demanding for us to submit her application to such alternative programWe could not submit her application to such alternative program because her doctor's office decided against enrolling in such programWe could not do anything in order to procure a loan for her, unfortunately, but she couldn't or wouldn't want to accept such fact
It is understandable Ms*** was disappointed because she wanted to obtain a loan in order to pay for her procedure, regretfully, we could not do anything to help herThe fact she kept on calling and demanding another option was not helpful since her doctor's office declined to become enrolled in the alternative program
Despite Ms*** wish for DiversePayments to close, we have helped thousands of patients, throughout the years and have given the chance to many homeowners to afford house repairs and access products and services which have made a positive impact in their lives
We, here at DiversePayments are happy to know Ms*** obtain her cosmetic surgery, without the need to obtain a loanMaybe Ms*** should have elected to do pay for her surgery without trying to get a loan, since she knew from the beginning she did not need one, according to her response
Sincerely,

Hello,
Thank you for the response. I was very much made aware that I was not approved for a loan with this loan company. The company at the time told me of a different loan type that would be available to me based on my credit. Since I had the income they were looking into some type of income no fico score loan wich at the time would have been suitable for me at that time for me financilly. When I went to FOLLOW UP on this alternative loan they simply kept me hanging and I never got an answers back or a determination on this "other loan."  I called because no one ever gave me a follow up call and time was of an essence with my surgery and I wanted an answer. their was in no way shape or form that this was my fault. it was not the fact that I didn't get approved for the loan it was the horrible and inconsistent answeres I got from all the representatives including the "manager."  they were not informative and did not follow through with anything or any feedback.  After awhile they would pick up and hand up on me when I was trying to get answers about my loan. I had to contact the doctors office and see if they had given me a scammish company to do my loan with. I had given them my personal information and at one point I was scared that had such personal information of mine that one of these crazy reps or manager would do something illegal with my info. that is how strongly I felt that these were the most child like and  unprofessional individuals I have ever conducted business with.  I pray that this company gets shut down for its scammish ways.  for me personally I have worked in banking for 5 years and I know how it works with credit and income so I was not used to being treated in such an unprofessional matter. they had me hanging by a string with this other loan offer and never followed through and acted out right crazy when I went to follow up.  this was a year ago and I still feel the same exact way today and I hope no one ever has to endure the frustration that I did. At the end of the day I still got my procedure which I did pay in cash and I didn't need the company's business from the start but it was just to see if it was an option to take a loan and frankly I am glad I didn't because if they gave such horrendous service in the beginning then God only knows how they conduct the rest of their business.   I hope they go do go out of business.

Dear [redacted],

The purpose of this electronic communication is to clarify and respond to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] with your company. While we regret the stress and negative feelings a rejection for credit this might have caused Ms. [redacted], there’s unfortunately not much we could do in order to get her application approved. DiversePayments is a financing company which searches and finds loans for applicants WHO QUALIFY for the different loan programs we offer from different lending institutions.
Every and each application is reviewed and the FICO score is analyzed by complex logarithms models which are not disclosed to us. We submit an application and the lender gives us a response whether or not the application gets approved.
The application from Ms. [redacted] was reviewed by all the programs available and HER CREDIT HISTORY DID NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY OF THE PROGRAMS WE OFFER. We can understand Ms. [redacted] wanted to obtain financing in order to get her procedure performed. There was NOTHING we could do in order to get her application approved. Her credit history did not qualify.
The adverse decision was communicated to Ms. [redacted] by [redacted], the representative who was in charge of Ms. [redacted]’s application. Ms. [redacted]’s was not pleased with the decision and became antagonistic and belligerent with [redacted]. Being that we are understanding of the frustration and disappointment some applicants experience when they get denied for credit, [redacted] tried to be sympathetic and understanding. Ms. [redacted] continue to exert pressure and threats to [redacted] because of the denial.
DiversePayments prides itself in offering a comfortable and adequate working environment, we can’t let our employees feel threaten or harassed at work by anybody, as [redacted] felt Ms. [redacted] was extremely abrasive and kept on calling our office every single hour to ask if we could get her approved for a loan.
After [redacted] could not handle such stressful dealings, she complaint to her manager, whom had to intervene and speak with Ms. [redacted].
Ms. [redacted] was again communicated there was nothing we could do in order for her to get her approved for her cosmetic surgery loan. Ms. [redacted] again became belligerent and abrasive. It was evident she was disappointed and frustrated her application did not get approved. Her sensitivity was evident, so we tried to be sympathetic, however, the result did not change: WE COULD NOT GET HER APPLICATION APPROVED FOR CREDIT.
Apparently, Ms. [redacted] interpreted such denial as a personal rejection or attack, interpretation for which this company cannot be held responsible. Ms. [redacted] was advised to please not call our office any longer. Ms. [redacted] became angry at such request and threatened to complaint and give DiversePayments a bad name.
The purpose of this response is to set the record straight regarding this complaint. There are situations in which applicants interpret a denial of credit as a personal rejection or insult, which DiversePayments regrets, however, there is nothing we can do to alleviate their own subjective feelings once credit has been denied.
Thank you,

Review: Hello. I am writing to complain about this lender that call themselves Diverse payments located in Laguna Hills, CA. They are a loan company that lends funds to people with all sorts of credit ratings. They especially advertise they have a loan for everyone will all typed of credit. My personal information which included my social security number, address, place of employment, etc was submitted to them by a doctors office in order to obtain an approval from them. Now I am not arguing the fact I got denied for most of their loan options but I am writing to complain about the customer service that I was given. I was appalled in which the way I was treated. I spoke to a "supervisor" named [redacted] and a call rep named [redacted]. I always got the same people its like they were the only 2 people working in the whole company and I called at different times of the day to see if I can talk to someone who acted more professional. The problems started occuring when I started to ask questions about the loan products and was just following up with the loan status. It almost made me feel like I was bothering them to get answers. The rep. named "[redacted]" was extremely rude with her short answers and not even bothering to look into my account and give me correct info. Her attitude was so unprofessional I wanted to speak to a supervisor then I was transferred to "[redacted]" who at first was a little more helpful then turned out to be just as nasty and unprofessional as [redacted]. It got so bad at one point that [redacted] literally picked up the phone and hung up on me I guess she saw my number on caller id and then they didn't even pick up the phone anymore so I had to block my number to try and talk to someone possibly above "[redacted]" I have never delt with such unproffesionalism in my whole life!! [redacted] also raised her voice at me and if the "calls are recorded" then these calls should be heard as I am not lying!!please advise shut this company down!Desired Settlement: With the horrendous customer service and unprofessionalism that goes on in this company I feel it should be cut down. They don't live up to there motto of finding finance for all types of credit because clearly they didn't find a loan for me b/c they didn't even care to look into my situation I have sufficient and low debt to income ration which they failed to see. Even the doctors office that uses them will not use them again!! I don't feel safe either with my private info. they have of mine
