January 10, 2017Dear [redacted]:The majority of the interior of this home burnt in the 80's and all the dry wall and most trim was replaced. Lead based paint is pre-1978. May request copies of the diagnosis of lead based paint poisoning? The local borough office inspects all rental properties...

every 3 years and all landlords are issued a clean bill of health in writing. Broken windows, electrical outlets, "burnt stove hoods" are part of these inspections. Attached are correspondences with my professional licensed exterminator. The property was treated twice during their short stay. It is in a known section of town for roaches and must be treated often.I believe with the tenants lead poisoning, it's best that they leave the dangerous apartment at the end of their lease in 60 days. They already have been notified that I will not be renewing their lease, which think is the basis of the complaint. Please note, Divinity Homes does not own the property, if you feel you must post this complaint before the facts are verified.Thank you, Thomas M

Review: Someones first home buying experience is suppose to be super exciting and something that you enjoy, especially buying a BRAND NEW home and with Divinity this is definitely far from the case. We were given a Warranty along with the guarantee of having a 6 month punch out and a 1 year punch out. We had our 6 month punch out and addressed serious issues as the floor boards are loose almost in the entire main floor along with even on our second floor. We addressed these issues again at a 1 year punch out and have yet to be fixed and it is now 2 months past our one year of buying the home. Our phone calls are never returned and emailed go unanswered. We have learned from some of the contractors that Divinity has many debts that go unpaid therefore these contracts wont come do the repairs because Divinity isn't paying them. We also had called and emailed a bunch of times after first moving in a year ago due to the one closet being freezing cold and we thought perhaps it wasn't insulated. We called and told them and they assured us that the closet was indeed insulated. To our disbelief we had a hole made and found that there was NO insulation AT ALL ! So we had to send pictures and demand that it be fixed. If you look on Divinity [redacted] page there are many other unhappy buyers who have had the same exact issues! They offer this warranty and punch outs but they don't stand behind it or fix your issues ! Worst buying experience ever thanks to Divinity! The sub floors still have yet to be fixed. We had the framer come and look and said that we needed to contact flooring company to coordinate schedule to come fix. The flooring company that was used is no longer doing work for Divinity because they do not pay on time. Flooring company sent a contract to Divinity for the work and they have not signed or responded. Several emails and phone calls have been made and NO REPLY! Issues with Sub floors are listed in the 12 year residential warranty included with home! Someone needs to make them own up !Desired Settlement: We want to get these issues fixed by Divinity and we want to make others aware before deciding to purchase a Divinity home!
