Our records indicate My [redacted] was seen at [redacted]...
[redacted] on 11/21/16 and had x-rays. Our bill is for the radiologist who reviewed the x-rays and provided a written interpretation of his findings to the doctor who ordered the x-rays. The charges were billed to his insurance and the $79.20 was applied to his deductible which he is responsible for paying. Therefore I agree with the complainant the he did not have these services and I have voided/adjusted the charge off of his account. I was not able to find where I can reply on your online system. Please provide this information so the complaint can be closed. Thank you.
