I am rejecting this response because: I never said I left a note on my dashboardI told them I left a note taped to the broken meterWhen I returned to the parking stall, my car was gone, and so was the noteSomeone had obviously removed the note intentionally, because it was securely fastened to the meterIt is easy for the tow company to procure business from cars parked at broken meters.Again, the man does not mention that he lied to me about his name, and that he insisted it would be safe for me to get into his vehicle with him in the middle of the night to drive to an ATM to get cashNo business should jeopardize people's safety in this manner

St. next to Ala Moana Center.She claimed that the meter was broken and that she left a Noteon her dashboard of her vehicle to that fact.There was no note on her dashboard.On each meter on Kona St there is a stickertelling people that this meter is enforced 24-hours a daywith Our telephone number and address.[redacted] Parking checks each meter constantly to ensure that they are operating properly.At our yard Ms. ** attempted to retrieve money to pay for her tow bill from our ATM machine.The ATM Ran out of money after dispensing $100. At that point Mr. ** added another $10 that she had and put it on our desk ($110) and said that we could call the policeif we wanted to be paid anymore and she attempted to drive off the lot. I close the gate before she could get out,at that point Ms. ** went out of the gate to get the rest of the money from her friendwho brought her to our yard and was waiting.She paid and she left with her vehicle.Sincerely[redacted]

I'll get it asap. I really don't think they should have any problem finding the correct documentation with all of this information. But..
