Review: They are charging me for a service that they say they don't and they are not answering their phones that have full mailboxes.Desired Settlement: Invalid charge dropped and contact by the business

Review: This business requested personal credit card information. The website would not move on to the service you needed and kept repeating to fill out your personal information. I then tried to contact the business with telephone number they provided on their website. A recording came on that sounded like you were going to receive service but then went to a mailbox that was full and immediately disconnected you. I am concerned that I gave this company our personal information to help operate our business.Desired Settlement: Rid all our personal information from their records

Review: I work with the Human Resources Department as well as the DOT Compliance Manager for the company I work for. We purchased a Driving Record online for our CDL Driver -- we know he has had multiple violations in this past year alone, yet when we received his driving record, it shows his driving record is "clean". I have tried calling the ([redacted] number many, many times - and it keeps directing me to the "operator" which after says that the operator is not available at this time, please leave a message. I've left MULTIPLE messages in this regard, gave them all of my information, and then I have even sent them multiple e-mails saying the same thing, giving them our user ID number and a call back number that they require. Still, no call back, nothing. this has been going on for over a week now. This is not how you run a business. If we pay for something as serious as a CDL driver's driving record, we expect to get the ACTUAL TRUE RESULTS. We have called time and time again, to no avail. We want our money back.If they would only contact us back or be around when we contact them then the situation could be solved!!!!!Desired Settlement: REFUND. Our company is very unsatisfied with the type of customer service we have received from Drivingrecords.com. Something isn't right here.

We process request from Texas DMV and report all violation that come up. We have no control on what is being reported and frequency in which cases are complete and violations are made available. Further as this customer was not satisfied we processed the refund on 04/15/2014. [redacted] [redacted] 01/14/14 DRIVING RECORDS [redacted] TEXAS-USA $25.00 CANCEL 4/15/2014 In some rare instances, if the cancellation request does not go through, due to time delay as some requests are over 90 days etc., we encourage the customers to process a charge back and we will never contest it.

Review: I am applying for work in which a copy of my DMV driving record is required. I was funneled to drivingrecords.com from a site that came up when doing a [redacted] search for "dmv driving records" called [redacted]. On the front page it states "Although you can order a driving record directly from the California DMV, one of the fastest ways to get your Driving Record for Employment Purposes is to order it online through a 3rd-party advertiser, such as DrivingRecords.com." These people at drivingrecords.com ask for all kinds of sensitive information: SSN, Driver's License #, date of birth, phone number, address, fax number, email, past residences and more. Then they charge $35 for reports that they never send. They also provide a false phone number for customer support which only loops you through an automated system before disconnecting you. I discovered only too late that the DMV only requires a fraction of that information to immediately furnish driving records over the internet.Desired Settlement: I want to have this company destroy the documents that were faxed to them and eliminate any trace of my personal information from their databases and the databases of any other parties whom they may have provided my information to.

Review: I ordered a driving record from this company and never recieved it yet, they charged my card $34.95 for the service. I called the number provided on their website: [redacted] and no one answers so, it just hangs up on you.Desired Settlement: I'd like my driving record provided to me and a refund for the inconvenience.

We processed the driving record request through Hawaii DMV and provided all information given to us. The DMV does not provide address information that the client was expecting due to their privacy policy. Further even though we paid the Hawaii DMV $23.00 as state fees, as the client was dissatisfied we did process the refund.
