kitchen wrong We acknowledged her order (which she had a chance to review and correct) and we build exactly what she ordered She got what she ordered Now, she either doesn't like what she designed or she doesn't want what she ordered This is not a factory mistake This is not an inexpensive cabinet She should continue to work through her Dura Supreme sales representative with her proposal to fix her problem
I am rejecting this response because I have tried to work with my local representative and had he turned it over to Dura Supreme's Customer Service Manager who said they will not do anything to help remedy the problem. The attachment shows the drawing that submitted to Kitchen Innovations with the measurements that do NOT match the drawing. The Sales Rep. acknowledged that an issue with the drawing and stated in an email "issue with the drawing have been addressed" and yet Dura Supreme now says they did nothing wrong. I just want them to send me the materials to make this job right for my customer. As I stated in my complaint; I would like the standard drawer front and drawer box so I can rebuild this cabinet along with a filler and touch up kit so I can have my installer make this cabinet look like it is supposed to look; like the drawing Dura Supreme submitted to us for approval.
Dura Supreme stands by our prior response. We agree that the cabinet that she ordered was odd – but cabinet designers do all sorts of things with cabinetry (a microwave cabinet might not always be used to house a microwave). As an experienced dealer, she should’ve known that the drawings were NOT to scale. We built exactly what she ordered. As noted prior, this is a business-to-business transaction, not a consumer issue per se. I have requested that we get a list of the parts that she needs to satisfy the consumer (her customer) – and we will try to help her out of this situation. Thanks. Steve
