I approved a $charge for flushing out windshield washer line after man told me what a big job it wasI asked when it would be ready he said “ oh it’s no big deal it will be ready when you get here“ so I asked him when I got there which was it - a really big job or no big deal??he didn’t answer meWhen I received a review request I called and asked about a percent charge on bill?? He offered me a $refund on billI have called numerous times since march and General mtrs has been told times that it was taken care of and it still has not been paidThe service mgr told me one time to come down there and he would give me $out of his pocket ( to shut me up) he wasn’t very nice!! The $was their idea and they have not followed up with anything!!!
We purchased a “Certifed” pre-owned Tahoe from this dealership in May At the time of purchase a WE OWE document was signed with several items that we agreed es to be repaired by the dealershipWe took the vehicle in to the service department a few weeks after purchase to get these items fixedThe vehicle was at the service department for several days and we were not given a loaner even after we purchased the extended warranty that covered a loaner (1st breach of that contact)!
