East Atlanta Endodontics

In March, I had paid $110 to the dentist office. Before they could see me, they said I owed money. I paid the money to the collection agency. Then after I paid the money, I came to their office to prepay money. Before my appointment, they said I had to pay a certain amount. I couldn't pay that amount so I had to cancel. They got my address and they sent me a portion, but not the full amount I was told. I had called a few times and spoke to the billing lady. At first she said, I still owed. I ended up sending my receipt in. Then we called the company. She got to hear that everything was paid as well. After calling a couple more times, she told me I was being issued the full refund. I waited a few weeks to inquire. I was then told that my info was given to the dentist. She told me to the dentist he issues the money. This has been ongoing since March 2020. You told me I would get the rest of the money, but I haven't. I have supplied all the information that was requested. Now I don't even get a response anymore over money I'm owed. Nothing! I've reached out quite a few times. I never called in a disrespectful manner, but I'm being ignored.
