That is correct.  We were looking to file the complaint so there is record of the issue.  There was the misunderstanding part of the square footage which we understand is fault of both parties.  However not completing the job and ignoring contact from our agency is what we wanted to report.  We do not trust them to complete the memorial brick project anymore and are tired of waiting.  Our agency has made the decision to go look for other contractors more fit for the job.

A lot of confusion with the job. [redacted] with [redacted] last year and did the estimate last year. Did a walk threw of the area and a square footage scope of work was never discussed. [redacted] went with us due to the fact we were cheaper then every other bid. Of course we would be cheaper because the...

estimate I did last year was for less then half of the square footage they wanted this year and I was never shown a copy of [redacted] work order. Hot tack of the area is already done. Could not do hot tack day of job because it rained in the process of paving area and hot tack will not stick to the asphalt if wet.. hot tack is done now.  I don't know how to truly resolve this as the person I felt with and sold the job threw no longer works there and this is why the confusion is in place. As far as the brick pavers go I was told they were waiting for a few new bricks to be added to the walk way and have not heard back that they were ready to have them reset.  Not sure what I'm suppose to do to resolve issues. It's a total mis communication on both ends as of right now and feel the only way to clear up is for [redacted] to tell his side of the story.  Thanks Keith
