This order was placed on 6/25/so first statement is his wife ordered after months ago so thats not possible because as of today 9/10/it hasn't been over months As you can see at top of contract original Date for Deliver was 7/21/That was the date they choose, They let us know that wouldn't work for them so the next day we had aviable 7/26/But I had to fit them in because they day was almost full but I didn't want them to wait any longer It was never charged till 23rd even the 23rd I told them it would be the 26th and we had a truch go down that day which made things worse and we did call about 10pm and we were going and they were saying it was to late so we were going to do an ther day and they wanted them to still come and they arived a little after 11pm they were finished with the job around 1am And The installer Scott they are Retoring to has never had any complaints of being Rude He said he ask them to move there car and they ask why and he said so he didn't blinds threw there grassand that night on the phone he told me that he said move the [redacted] carThere was other installers and he refused for the main installer to come in he told me this and the other Installers 7/29/Replacement blinds were ordered it was for blind which was installed on 8/23/and did say I would give them off for their inconvenience but when I ca led to deleve that blind it was not good for them and thats why it was deliver on 7/29/after vacation and I mail them a check for a hundred dollars which has not been cashed so I will get money order for as promised and Drop at there home in person But that is allI can do I was in full measures of my contract and as for them taking off work on 23rd there was no apptiment with us after 21st first appt was 26th and I also told them that would be in evening because of fitting them in
