Edible Arrangements West Haven

I ordered an arrangement on *** to be delivered to a patient at ***. I paid a $20 fee to have it delivered on ***. The order was never received by the patient. All of his information was correct as far as address, floor, cell phone number, etc. I contact the business the following day to say that the order had not been received. I was told that the driver was out and had the slip with him and that they had to wait for him to return to see who signed for it. I didn't hear back from them and called back that afternoon. I was told the only thing that they could tell me was the someone named Marta signed for the arrangement. I contacted the hospital and they don't have anyone working there with that name. I asked the business for the last name and a copy of the slip and I was told they are not allowed to share that information with me. The patient advocate at the hospital contacted the business and was the only information she was given was the name Marta as well. She checked all of the entrances of the hospital and was told there isn't a Marta, not even a volunteer with that name. I was told by the business that they are not responsible for this because they delivered the item. The patient advocate asked them to resend the order and the business called me to say that they would deliver half of the order that I paid for and would not credit back the difference or the $20 fee that I paid to have it delivered on ***.
