My elderly parents were contacted by this companyThey offered to provide my father with 0% interest on their credit cardsWhen my father asked if they were from his local bank (the only credit cards he has are from his bank) they told him that they wereThey then proceeded to tell my father that they would charge him $for this serviceMy father realized he made a mistake and said he did not want this doneThey told him it was too late and that they would take his social security check if he didn't pay them When I spoke to them on the phone three different people they were rude and disrespectfulEach one told me that this is like going to dinner you can't not pay for dinner if you don't like itI informed him that I have never gone to a restaurant and had a bad dinner and paid for itHe kept telling me it was services rendered and I had to pay for itSo I informed him that I am going to my father's house to call his credit card companies and he better have 0% interest ratesI was them told that it wouldn't be available yetSo services were not rendered, so why do I have to payIn the fifteen minutes it took me to get to my parents they called back twice and another time while I was there My parents ended up going to the bank the next day to cancel all credit cards and reported this company

I FOUND OUT MY MOTHER WAS PLANNING TO GO WITH EDUCARE CENTER SERVICES AND DECIDED TO CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS AND BOY AM I GLAD THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS WERE VERY GOODSO I WAS ABLE TO STOP MY MOTHER FROM MAKING A VERY BIG MISTAKE

The company attempted to contact me on 1/** but I was unavailable to answer the phoneI called back on 1/** to speak with the manager that contacted me (*** ***), but he was unavailable to speak with me but was told he would call me backHe did not reach out to me at all, so I called back on 2/* to speak with the manager again, and was informed that they contacted me by mistakeSo they still haven't resolved my concerns nor have they tried to make any other contact with meI still expect a resolution of having no money attempted to be taken and for my "contract" to be null and void with them

The company contacted me the next business day...

after I filed my complaint, and tried to complete what they considered to be an incomplete transaction.  When I asked them to cancel it, they tried a strong-arm sales pitch again.  I did not get a good sense of closure in that phone call, but I believe that they will not try to complete that sale, and I believe that they will not send it to collections.  The only way I expect to know that for sure is to go a couple months without being contacted by a collection agency.

I signed up wit educate, and they were awful. In July, I was supposed to have debt consolodation with them. I was told not to pay the bank again. Now it isvSeptember, and I find nothing was done! I now have bad credit.

The company contacted me again to inform me their fee of $800 would be sent to collections. I let them know I had filed a police report for fraudulent activity. They still did not want to cancel the transaction and repeated the collections threat.

 Educare Center called  me on ** Nov 2015, but I did not get to the phone in time. They did not try to call me back. I have not heard anything since. At this time I am not sure if Issue is resolved or not. Thank You for Your assistance with this.

My elderly parents were contacted by this company. They offered to provide my father with 0% interest on their credit cards. They then proceeded to tell my father that they would charge him $996 for this service. My father realized he made a mistake and said he did not want this done. They told him it was too late and that they would take his social security check if he didn't pay them.
When I spoke to them on the phone ... three different people ... they were rude and disrespectful. Each one told me that this is like going to dinner ... you can't not pay for dinner if you don't like it. I informed him that I have never gone to a restaurant and had a bad dinner and paid for it. He kept telling me it was services rendered and I had to pay for it. So I informed him that I am going to my father's house to call his credit card companies and he better have 0% interest rates. I was them told that it wouldn't be available yet. So .... services were not rendered, so why do I have to pay. In the fifteen minutes it took me to get to my parents ... they called back twice and another time while I was there.
My parents ended up going to the bank the next day to cancel all credit cards and reported this company.

this company is completely fraudulent, they offer no actual services and they will steal the money right from you. They say their calling from CC services and then they never answer their phone again when you tell them you want to cancel they will hang up on you.

STOP DECEIVING PEOPLE FOR PROFIT
By law I wish there is a way to report this company so they stop scam other people in this country. I want this company won't be existed anymore. They called my cell phone I was talking to one of the sale person name George Harris. After he told me all about the lower interest rate I told him I have to think about it before I make a decision and he keep on telling there is nothing to think about you can cancel the account anytime. 30 minutes after I talked to them and gave them all my info. I don't feel comfortable so I called them back to tell them to close my account and they refused to cancel my account.. I thought by law to acknowledge we have a right to cancel any business for the first few days. "This is 30 mins later they refused to cancel my account..." These people job is calling around DECEIVING other people in this country.

These people posed as someone associated with my credit card company. They scammed me out of my private info and the scary part is they knew the balances on my credit cards & bank acct. They claimed I was eligible for a lower APR on my cards and needed info to get things started. Turns out they just used that info to fill out a credit card application that I didn't want or authorize. Now they are claiming they can refer me to collections since I don't want their deal even though it's only been a week. I cancelled the unauthorized credit card and ended up locking down my credit report. Please catch these jerks! They really taking advantage of people.
I received a letter from my credit card staying that the have waived penalties, but I am never late on my monthly payments.

They really taking advantage of people.Desired Settlement: I want correction to my credit reports and don't want to be held liable for these fees. To be held accountable for something I didn't want and to be scammed like this is inexcusable.
