In response to the above complaint:Upon the start of the move in it was noted that the AC was not working correctly The AC system turned out to have a more complicated issue than a unit and required some extensive work and replacement of components this was communicated to the tenant and the tenant was offered a refund and the opportunity to cancel the lease; the tenant expressed wishes to continue moving in All of the issues have been resolved with exception of double checking and correcting the electrical issue This is being addressed today and should be corrected with the next hours The tenants concerns for issues were addressed as quickly as possible The tenant made numerous calls to our management office, as repairs were in process We are sorry for all of the inconveniences the tenant has had to endure and we appreciate their patience Since we advised them of the problems and they decided to move in anyway; there will be no reduction in rent for the month Respectfully, [redacted] Office Manager
