Recently, our 86 year old mother had significant water damage in her finished basement. On Christmas day the family had just sat down to eat dinner when a wave of waste water flowed out of a cracked overhead cast iron waste pipe that had split wide open. When we looked up into the ceiling over the table where the pipe ran we saw the damaged pipe and what appeared to be black mold on the joists.
Our cousin recommended Advanced Steamway. We called the next day and within hours their foreman Bob ***, and soon thereafter, the new owner, Greg ***, were at our home. We told them our concerns and they addressed every issued head-on. We got a very fair quote for remediating the mold and removing the damaged carpet and wall that was very competitive with the 3 other quotes we got.
Greg and Bob did not try to upsell us any services we did not need. Their workers arrived on time, were friendly and very professional. In two days they had the mold situation fully remediated. They even recommended a very knowledgeable contractor, John Hardin of *** to handle the rest of the repairs including repairing the ceiling, replacing a water damaged wall, painting the basement and replacing the ruined carpet.
John and 2JH were just as professional, timely and reasonable in their efforts and prices. John even did some small extra jobs for mom. He was always friendly, on-time and very professional. We can't say enough good things Advanced Steamway, Bob, Greg, John and ***. We would not hesitate to recommend them all to our friends and family. GOOD JOB GUYS!

I read the revue and it is the identical experience I had with this company, never again. After confronting the boss, he got hostile and said he walks away from this unfinished job. I should have researched this company more. The Drexler plumber called this fellow that showed up ten minutes after he flooded half of the basement asking if I had insurance. What a setup, I almost fell for the whole thing.

Owner had "full amount" of remaining bill deducted from my credit card without authorization! WE agreed on 400.00 a month until remaining 1300.00 was paid. I sought to contact business to request explanation. Secretary said owner was on vacation until 8/8/18 & that forwarding calls to him were not possible? Actions by owner of Advanced Cleaning did not live up to the agreement that was made & I don't think it should stand. The agreement we made was to go into force after August 1st, business owner withdrew payment later part of July.
