I bought this from Backyard Living Source, Inc(EPIC Pool Supply)I had a Kreepy Krauly for about years or moreI had my pool installed about years agoAlthough the Kreepy was better then hand vacuuming, it did not eliminate all vacuumingSo now that I am retired I decided to try a robotic cleanerWell, what a surpriseThis Zgets 99% of all the dirt in the poolI say 99% because it does have an issue with one corner of the deep end where all the corners meet at the bottom of the hopperOnce in awhile it will not get the corner cleanNo problem, I just use the remote to direct it to the spot to clean itI have a 20xrectangular vinyl lined pool with an 8' deep hooper at one end where the diving board isI was concerned that the Zmay not be able to handle the design but I could not be happierIt also does not get stuck on either of the metal ladders, one in shallow end one in deep endKreepy liked to get stuck on themEpic Pool is greatThey had a $price drop and although they do not normally issue a credit, they did for me since I just bought it within the last week before the price dropReal standup people!

Although the Kreepy was better then hand vacuuming, it did not eliminate all vacuuming. So now that I am retired I decided to try a robotic cleaner. Well, what a surprise. This Z5 gets 99% of all the dirt in the pool. I say 99% because it does have an issue with one corner of the deep end where all the corners meet at the bottom of the hopper. Once in awhile it will not get the corner clean. No problem, I just use the remote to direct it to the spot to clean it. I have a 20x40 rectangular vinyl lined pool with an 8' deep hooper at one end where the diving board is. I was concerned that the Z5 may not be able to handle the design but I could not be happier. It also does not get stuck on either of the 2 metal ladders, one in shallow end one in deep end. Kreepy liked to get stuck on them. Epic Pool is great. They had a $100 price drop and although they do not normally issue a credit, they did for me since I just bought it within the last week before the price drop. Real standup people!
