I have purchased a Toyota FJ from this dealershipMy first call I spoke with the Sales Manager and I discussed the problem I have with New Car Odor and he knew I was looking at a used FJI advised him I have a very bad allergy to All smoke including Cigdue to fires in Florida back in I purchased the FJ not being advised it was a heavy smokers carI found out when it was delivered as the transport driver told me he mentioned it to the person handing it off to himHis transport trailer smelled of smoke when he opened the doorI called them about it and advised it was going to [redacted] Toyota to see if they can get odor out with Their Ozone Machine and was not very pleased with this problemThe cost to me for that was $and it did not workI emailed Mr [redacted] to advise and the Sales Manager then called to tell me he would send a check to pay for thatNever came and I then had Flow Lexus try using Bio-Sweep and that was not Ozone but a different type of cleanerFailed and now I am buying a heavy duty Ozone Machine with a proven track recordI will have over $in what should have never happenedThis is one dealership I felt I could trust but they proved me wrongStay away and their caring about their customer goes out the door when you leave

I filed a complaint earlier and since that time the dealership has taken the time to remedy this problemIt appears the PO may have been the causeI have received the amount as they said and would like to let all know deals with *** *** and you won't go wrong

I called them about it and advised it was going to [redacted] Toyota to see if they can get odor out with Their Ozone Machine and was not very pleased with this problem. The cost to me for that was $210.00 and it did not work. I emailed Mr. [redacted] to advise and the Sales Manager then called to tell me he would send a check to pay for that. Never came and I then had Flow Lexus try using Bio-Sweep and that was not Ozone but a different type of cleaner. Failed and now I am buying a heavy duty Ozone Machine with a proven track record. I will have over $770.00 in what should have never happened. This is one dealership I felt I could trust but they proved me wrong. Stay away and their caring about their customer goes out the door when you leave.

I came to Estabrook to have a repair done on my vehicle due to a car accident and [redacted] is the person I spoke with. I asked her the timeframe for the repair because Safeway only allowed 2 days. [redacted] assured that I would be okay and not to worry about it. I didn't have any reason to question what she said do too she was the expert and deal with this all the time. After a month, I started to receive a bill from enterprise car rental. I called [redacted] and she advised again, the matter will be handled. I spoke with her to day and asked why I was still receiving a bill and she became frustrated and said it's not her place to handle this. I told repeated to her what she told me about taking care of the additional 2 days by working with the insurance company and she started yelling and became very rude. I asked for her supervisor and advised he wasn't in. I am very disappointed in how I was treated and talked to by [redacted]. She has truly given your company a bad name by her actions. The worst customer experience I've e had.
