[redacted] did some work for us months agoSince then we have had some problems and made an appointment to have him come a fix itHe never showed or calledWe have called more than times since and HE WILL NOT call us back

*** sub-contracted this company to mount my TV to the wall and install a *** to conceal the cordsTwo guys show up, and we get down to discussing the details
I show them the TV, HDMI cable, power cord, TV mount, and where I want it mountedOne guy immediately says my TV power cable won't be long enough to run through the wallI replied that it's not safe to run the TV cord through the wall, but they should install a certified *** kit which creates a second outlet
They tell me they don't have this kit and that instead they will use extension cordsI told them no, extension cords are not safe, and proceeded to show them the *** invoice which clearly states the service provider is suppose to supply a Powerbridge kit based on the price I was paying
They finally call their boss and offer to install a new outlet, daisy chained off the existing TV outlet, but neither of the two guys on-site doing the work were certified electricians or even journeymanThey claimed their boss was certified, but the boss wasn't going to be doing the work
I turned them away

We can't imagine a better experience with Nick and Eric of Dynamic Audio Video...they rewired our old house for two TVs, we're completely professional, personable, called to confirm appt and arrival time, and charged a reasonable amount...the best experience we have had with a company in years!!

I hired these guys to sync an existing audio visual system in my home with new flat screen TVs and surround sound (also existing in my home). They came to inspect my existing system and to give me a quote. They ended up selling me a [redacted] wireless remote system, which they exclusively sell - nothing else. They couldn't repair the existing system I had, nor were they willing to do so unless I purchased their system, which they said was the best on the market. I have had the system in place now for almost 4 months, and the remotes never work. I told the owner of the company about this, [redacted], and he said the problem was the wireless connection speed and that I should increase the speed with [redacted], so I did...and nothing, the system still does not work...in any the rooms in our home (actually it works about 20% of the time - the other time the remote either says "cannot reach the hub" or flat out doesn't do anything at all - these remotes were $250 a piece). After asking [redacted] repeatedly to come out and fix the problem, he just ignored me.
Thing that it truly was the wireless connection speed in my house, I gave him a break and waited for a week or so to go by until the internet speed was increased by [redacted]. During that week I referred him to my father - well, he has the same problem as I do. [redacted] also sold him a refurbished remote at retail price...when the box said "NO RESALE". This is fraud. My father's system/remote still does not work, nor does mine. This company will not refund any of my money, nor will the help fix the problem. I was sold a brand new system when I didn't need one, thinking that it was 'the best' and that it would hold residual value...I was very wrong, and incredibly disappointed with [redacted] and his company. To this day, he's incredibly rude to my father when he calls and asks for help...he either doesn't email or call back (same with me when I reach out to him), and when he does respond his mannerisms are remarkably rude.
I even canceled my [redacted] cable and switched to [redacted] thinking it was the cable company that was slowing things down...nope. So I had to pay a cancellation fee of $200, and additional $$ to increase the internet speed. Nothing worked, and now I'm stuck with an AV system that never works, and the company will not help me out.
His system doesn't work, he won't help (me or my father), he sold a refurbished remote at retail value when he shouldn't have, and he treats his clients like dirt.
I have to use this system on a daily basis, as it's hooked up to my entire house (visual, surround sound, etc.).
I am currently a Revdex.com board member, and very respectfully ask that somebody please help me and my father with this problem. Without your help, we cannot get through to [redacted] and his company...in hopes that he will either fix the problem, or refund our money.

Dynamic Audio Video Solutions provided installation and custom wiring of a 60 inch flat screen, HDMI cable wiring and speaker wiring in my home. Nick P[redacted] and his team quoted me a very fair price in an exact detailed listing and then performed the installation absolutely the way they had proposed in a professional manner and the end result is exacxtly what I was hoping for my audio/video needs. The quality of the work and hardware used were totally to expectation and Nick even threw in a couple of CAT 5 cables at no extra charge as a backup to the HDMI cabling. I am a very satisfied customer of Nick and the rest of the team from Dynamic Audio Video Solutions and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of customizing their audio video needs. Thanks Nick and team!!! Job well done!!!
