Be warned _TERRIBLE and DECEPTIVE - worst billing practices ever!
McAfee discontinued their service Excel Micro forces you into an entirely different application that was never requested and then claims to NEVER have received the cancellation email that was on our letter head!
We've moved on to AppRver who is so much better than the headache we had with EM.
Be warned - you'll regret doing business with these crooks!
Review: We entered into a contract with Excel Micro on June 28, 2013, for them to provide a [redacted] email archiving service to our Bank. They have invoiced us for a service renewal two months early. They have been issued a payment for renewal of said services on June 5, 2014. They have discontinued providing services under the current contract, although the current contract does not expire for two more weeks. They also have our payment for the upcoming contact, covering the period 6/28/2014 to 6/27/2015. In this sense, they have violated a contract with a National Bank, regulated by the federal government. This breach must be reported to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.Desired Settlement: Reinstate the contracted service for which they have already been paid and refund the amount of the contract, for the time the archiving service was offline. Our email data is being lost, for the amount of time this service is offline. Restitution should be made for this loss.
