Review: On 7/31/2015 I noticed a charge on my checking account for $20. When I called the number listed it was just some music playing and no one answered the phone. I called my bank and was able to get another number, which in turn I had to call 3 other numbers to finally get someone. when I spoke with one of the reps she wanted me to give her more information and all I wanted to do was cancel whatever subscription they said I signed up for. I had my bank file a dispute and I am hoping that another charge will not appear on my account as the rep stated that the subscription was canceled.Desired Settlement: for company to be charged with fraud. as they are getting peoples bank account information and taking money from their accounts without authorization.

Review: My bank account was fraudulently charged $20. I can't get ahold of the company for a refund and my bank can't help me either.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

Review: I noticed that there were charges on my account for several months. I called the company and in the beginning I was getting a voicemail. Finally I got through and when I started asking questions about the company the gentleman became defensive. I have no idea how this company received my account information because I never consented to them to do any withdrawals. I was told they monitor credit and cloud service but when I called my bank they asked was I a Veteran because it looks like some retirement transaction for Veterans. What's interesting is that it seems like I'm always getting connected to the same gentleman when I call.Desired Settlement: I think this company should have a moral responsibility to do what is right if a client has been charged for something [redacted] did not consent to.

Review: this business made 5 unauthorized withdrawals from my account starting in February in the amount of $40 each transaction. I called the phone number listed on my bank statement asking to cancel whatever account that they opened under my name, and they asked for more bank account information.

I went to my bank to file a fraud claim. i'm not the only person affected by this 'business'.

Review: I have never done business with this company and they took $20 out of my bank account using my debit card.I don't know how they got my debit card number. I had to cancel my debit card. Now I have to go to the bank and fill out paper work to get my money back. They illegally take money. Desired Settlement: Since they illegally took my money and having to cancel my card, I should get my $20 and damages of $100.

Review: this company billed my debit card. I did not order any service from this company. when I called the company, it was a computer-generated recording that stated that the phone lines were out of order and to leave a message but there is no way to leave a message. I went on the company's website and emailed the company about this problem. the next day I received an email from the company. This is the email, "We completely understand your concern and although you may not have

visited ezcloudspace.com directly, many of our products are offered as

upsells to other products purchased online via a discrete pre-checked

box on a different offerings. For example, you might have purchased a

product from another website and there was a pre-filled check mark,

opting you in for our service as an add-on. Typically these offerings

are made as a free 30-day trial program which bills at the end of the

trial period if not cancelled. Please review any online purchases you

may have made in the last 30 days.

Can you please provide us the information below to

better locate your account and to cancel the subscription/ reversing the

charge.

this company is such a scam. you can only call three hours out of the day, and then you won't get to talk to anybody because it's a recording. and then they want me to give them more information!Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund and I'd like this company to be reported to the proper authorities.

Review: My Visa Debit card was charged on 2/2/15 for $40.00 for EZCLOUDSPACE.COM. I contacted the company 3 times to process a refund which never came. I called on 2/11/15 and was told that my account was canceled and a refund would be issued. The company representative stated that it would take 2-3 business days to process this refund. No refund was ever credited to my account. I emailed on 2/19/15 and was given the same song and dance. No refund was processed. I emailed again on 2/27/15 and was told again that my account was canceled and that a refund would be issued in 2-3 days. No refund was ever processed. After talking to my bank again about this issue, they decided that I should cancel my debit card and file a fraudulent/disputed charge for this company in the amount of $40. This is supposedly a monthly charge, so I was concerned about being charged the $40 again. Thus the need to cancel my Visa debit card. I have spent a lot of time dealing with this company to no avail. I am very disappointed in their customer service practices and even question whether this is a legitimate company. This was supposedly a "check-box" for a 30 day free membership from an online order which I have no record of and have never received any notification of such membership.Desired Settlement: I have filed the paperwork for the disputed charge through my bank and should receive the refund of $40 from them (my bank) on Monday or Tuesday of next week, but it seems to me that this company should refund the money rather than the bank taking on the responsibility. Thank you for your help with this issue.

Review: On December 16, 2014 I saw a random charge to my bank account that me nor my husband authorized. I called the bank to get more information regarding the transaction. It took them a few days to track down basic info. I was unable to dispute the charge due to the way it was being processed as an AHC draft and not a debit or credit. I then had to call multiple numbers in order to get to a customer service person who could help me find out how and why this charged had occurred. I was told I had signed up via a "DISCRETE" box via an online order I placed. I have not and would not ever agree to cloud space rather less to pay for it 5 times within a few week period. I can't believe that this is legal. I should know when I agree to pay for a service. Not just accidentally click or un-click a box online. I was told that day that my account was canceled and I would be issued a refund. Accept after a few days I didn't receive a refund I saw another charge. I then called back again to the bank and the company. This continued 4 additional times. I have called an been told it was a glitch and then it was because of the holidays that my account was not canceled upon my first, second, or third request and that was also the same reason they had not processed my request for a refund either. I have been understanding and patient. I have still not received 4 refunds of $40 as of today January 13, 2015. I have contacted them once again via email and call. I have been told once again it will be another 3 to 5 business days before I see my money back. I can't say that I believe this will actually happen. I asked to speak with a manager today and was told that the person I was speaking to would take care of my issues.Desired Settlement: I would like my $160 refund back into my bank account. I have been charged $40, 5 times to equal $200 and have only received one refund for $40.

Review: I requested a subscription cancelled and refund of $20.00 monthly fee. On Jan6, I received an email regarding that. Review: I found out around January 13, 2015 that EZCloudSpace.com had taken out a debit charge (they used my checking account number) without my authorization from my [redacted] Bank. I tried calling them but they did not answered my calls. So I tried communicating through email and I explained to them that I had never placed any orders with them. They did responded by stating that they will cancel my subscription and will reverse the charge back to my bank. The charge was for $40.00. But it seems that it is a recurring monthly charge for 250GB storage space and other services which I never ordered. They responded several times stating that it will take like 2-3 business day in order for the refund to go through. It never went through. Then one final email (this email was sent since January 26, 2015) they sent me stating that they were requesting for me to wait 48 hours more for the refund to apperar on my bank. It never went through. Now I am afraid they will keep taking out more charges without my authorization.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to honor my refund they have promised since the beginning.
