We have provided this information to Mr*** *** about the burial plots in question in regards to his father *** ***, and I attached them with my last responseIf there is something specific that *** *** is suggesting that we at Cresthaven have not provided him, I would be glad to help but he has been given the things that pertain to his father *** ***Thanks, John
In this matter Mr*** ** *** has been given the information regarding his father *** *** deceased, *** does not agree with the information provided and wants Cresthaven to give him burial rights to a burial plot that is not his father’sMr*** *** was married two times to
two separate women one of which is ***’s mother, she is alive and the rightful owner to the burial plot that he wants, she has given him permission to be buried in the space but not ownership of the burial plot and he wants ownership and we cannot just give him ownership to his mother’s burial spaceThis is a family problem not a Cresthaven problem and we have provided him the information, he wants us to ignore his mother’s ownership and give him the burial place that he’s not entitled to because it already has an ownerThe 2nd former wife also has a burial space that he has zero rights tooAttached is copy of contracts that we have provided to *** *** on more than one occasionJohn S*** Cresthaven
