Up on the Hill purchased an ad on 12/15/It is our standard operating process that from the time of purchase, it does take 4-weeks to complete and begin production of the bagsOn 2/we received a call from the participating library that Up on the Hill wished to CXLThis was the 8th week
and production had already began on their bagsWe reached out on 2/with no response to follow up wit Up on the Hill, since it is not customary for us to make any changes without speaking to the client themselvesWe also reached out again on 2/and we were hung up onOn 3/We did finally make contact with *** and she expressed since the company was closing that she did not wish to participateWe explained that the bags are in production for her and she will be on them all, but that we do understand and will issue a refundAccording to company policy, refunds do take up to days to processOn 4/We spoke to *** to inform her that her refund did go out on 4/which is days from the date of her request

A call was made to Mrs. [redacted]. The contact person she had been dealing with is no longer with the company. She was given updated contact information. A new shipment of bags has began for her today in which she will be emailed over a proof as well as tracking information when it is available. We...
