As per the concerned customer's issue with her husband's watch, that has been brought to your attention and been forwarded to us, at this time we would like to bring the following to attention; as this request doesn't make any sense: This issue dates back to almost months ago. The
customer at the time got the watch battery replaced in her supervision while waiting for it to be replaced. After the battery was replaced and she was handed the watch back, she checked and left. The customer at that time "DID NOT" bring ANY such issues with the watch to the forefront or to our noticeHad she done that, that issue would have been taken care of there and then. To give the benefit of doubt, From my understanding, after they left the store and tried the watch on at a later time, the watch stem must have been pulled with force, hence broken. Secondly, we don't know if she took the "same" watch to get fixed for which she got the battery replaced from us, or if it was a different watch for which she is making us reliable for damages. Its been over months and this issue is brought to the forefront NOW? (The customer herself verified that she got the battery replaced "more than months ago"). Rest assured, she "checked" the watch before leaving the store, so we are not liable for any damages once the customer leaves the store and takes the merchandise in a good condition and returns with a complain, realising after "month"! I hope this answers all the issues raised by customers and her complain. I am rejecting this response because:

I've contact  Mr. A** on 8-22-17 rite after getting the same watch repaired that the associate broke to inform him of the situation and like I said he TOTALLY was VERY RUDE and dismissive of the entire situation. And it was the mall management that gave me his personal cellphone number. I've continued to call to get this matter resolved but Mr.Ali and his associate refuse to cooperate after saying that he would pay for the repairs.
