I receive 2 T shirts both the wrong size. I submitted photos showing what was wrong with each shirt. 1 shirt was a small when it should have been a large and they are replacing this one. But I showed adequate amount of photos of the Tshirt that the tag said adult medium, but was smaller than the other small Tshirt. It appeared to be a medium girls Tshirt or a youth. There is no way it was an adult medium!! But they are refusing to send me a new one because the tag says it's an adult medium. In addition- it was a denim color and was supposed to be a royal blue! They won't even email me back after they decided to only replace the one. I work in customer service and we would review the photos and see the error and correct it.

This company charges your credit card, processes your order and sends you a link to track your order. All sounds great except every time you check this link, the shipping date gets pushed further back. At this point, I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a t-shirt! When I request a refund, I receive the link for the order tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I believe that it is a scam...I have contacted my credit card company, as I have neither received a credit nor the merchandise!

Website says order would be received within 1-2 weeks. I'm now at 4 weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. I submitted a few "contact us" requests on their site. They did respond but it was generic. My specific concern was never acknoweldged. My subsequent emails were ignored. There is no number to call. Terrible customer service. Don't give them your business!

I ordered a shirt off of Facebook. There was absolutely no communication from this horrible company. I threatened a PayPal dispute and several days later, my shirt did arrive. It was cheaply made, a size smaller than it should be, and poorly printed. I would never ever buy anything from this company again. Apparently, they have several names that they go by, so be aware and beware.

I ordered a shirt from this company and when it arrived it did not fit. I contacted them to find out how to return it. It took them 5 days to respond and then they told me I could not return it due to their Term of Use Policy. I read their policy and it did not mention anything about items that did not fit, only things that were printed incorrectly. So to me, I felt I was entitled to a refund. I have since contacted them again to request information on who to write to that can resolve this for me and I have received no response. It has been over a week since I requested that information. I am very disappointed and frankly angry about how this has been handled.
