Gonzales & Gonzales Immigration Bonds

Review: To whom it may concern, I am writing you today with concern about Gonzales and Gonzales the company that held my husbands immigration bond. Gonzales and Gonzales is refusing my refund due to their poor record keeping and refuse to pay me the full amount owed. I was advised by Gonzales and Gonzales that they are unable to process the full refund due to records that they did not keep. I am aware that this bond was made available to AT [redacted] in CO before it was transferred to Gonzales and Gonzales. I was shorted approx. $3000.00 from Gonzales and Gonzales and they are refusing to pay until I get copies front and back of all money orders paid. Unfortunately before I sent them payment I did not photo copy all money orders, now it will cost me $15.00 per money order to receive my full refund. I do not feel that this is fair.When they asked for all copies I did send over the records that I received from AT [redacted] in which she photo copied all front and back payments. Gonzales and Gonzales is keeping bad records and taking money from people. I have heard that this is affecting many people that had bonds that were switched over to Gonzales and Gonzales. They asked for all records on the account, that I gave them and they had no records in their system of my payments, in which I paid. I really need to get back my full refund of $15,000, which was paid in full. Please advise if there are records that you may have or any assistance that you may be able to provide. I will also file a claim with the Revdex.com about Gonzales and Gonzales due to this issue and no resolution on their part. I hope that this issue doesn't affect your customers or your business due to the bad habits of Gonzales and Gonzales. At [redacted] was a much better business to work with and have faith in when you are paying large amounts of money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all moneys paid to Gonzales and Gonzales and for them to request all payment research be done by them with their bank and not for me to have to pay more money.
