I have spent over one thousand dollars in merchandise , as well as hundreds for services , at [redacted] united computers, today will be my last visit , I was treated rudely after they down loaded someone else's stuff on to my computer , and probably mine to some one else'sThey rectified the situation in approximately minutesMy concern is who had access to my private information banking , pictures e-mail's etcas well as my time there and back twiceI would like to know how they justify charging me $ for services as well as keeping my computer for three day's , when it took to minutes for them to redo there mistake ?????

My last two oil changes in a row at Great Canadian Oil change have resulted in serious oil leaks as a result of improperly installed oil filters, and the company did not meet my expectations in responding to the problem in either instance. In the first instance, they replaced the filter, but were not concerned about the potential for serious damage if I had failed to notice the leak. In the second instance, they insisted it was not their fault and recommended I replace the oil pan at a different garage (at a cost of at least $300). The other garage assured me that I did not need the costly repair, so I took it back to Great Canadian Oil Change and insisted they replace the filter, which stopped the leak. Had the second garage not been honest about the problem, I would have faced unnecessary charges as a result of the faulty diagnosis, and could have potentially suffered serious engine damage as a result of the two oil leaks. I want to make others aware that improperly installed filters are a potential problem with Great Canadian Oil Change.Product_Or_Service: Oil ChangeDesired SettlementIn my view, the guarantees that the business will provide "high quality service" and "value a customer's business" are misleading and should be removed from the website. Business Response I spoke with [redacted]. I believe this issue has been resolved. I found out through our records and conversation with him that the first issue was indeed at our store. He had not returned back to our store immediately but monitored the issue. When he did return we replaced the filter and the issue didn't persist. The second time he had an issue we did not perform the oil change. I did advise him that we had changed manufacturers in the last year and have had a few hiccups. There's a possibility the filter was faulty. Since this was awhile back and it wasn't addressed immediately I can't give an accurate assessment. We do video tape all our oil changes so that in the event our techs make an error we can take responsibility for our mistake. In this case no error was found on our part.
