Advertises day shipping yet cannot fulfill this promisePortrays business as a manufacturer, yet is just an advertising company A product was ordered Novfrom Griffin Air Tech with the understanding that it would be shipped free within daysIt is now days since I ordered and I've noticed that this company does not manufacture the productIt is clear that they order the product through [redacted] and shipping from [redacted] which takes more than daysThis company is misleading customersThey promise day shipping and then field emails promising shipment in 2-daysI have asked for a refund without response from the companyThis company should be investigated for fraudulence

Made two orders on Nov 24,for dronesThey charged my credit card that same day However have never received orders Order numbers [redacted] and [redacted] Called company and got a answering service that said they would forward my call to company customer serviceNever received a call backSent email and they responded by saying that they received too many orders but refused to state when I could expect my items I ordered on November 24,wanting to get them for ChristmasAlso it should be noted that there is many other people that has the same problem , because the companies [redacted] post is full of customers that have not received their orders

I wish those reviews would have been there when I ordered from this company I am having the same problem with delivery times and have gotten the EXACT email responseIt's been weeks and this was supposed to be a Christmas present I emailed them back again today that I will cancel my order if it doesn't ship within daysIf they give me any trouble with the refund at that time, I will involve my credit card company to take the money backVery bad experience!

I HAD ORDERED A DRONE IN NOVEMBER AND WAS TOLD PLEASE WAIT 1-WEEKS AFTER THE 2ND WEEK AND RESUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR A TRACKING NUMBER ONLY TO BE TOLD TO PLEASE WAIT ANOTHER 1-WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT JAN 8, DELIVERY WAS MADE ONCE IN INSPECTED THE CONTENTS I FOUND THAT THE CHARGING SYSTEM, WHICH WAS PART OF THE ITEM, WAS NOT INCLUDED I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL AND ALSO CALLED AND AS OF YET HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM GRIFFIN AIR

Griffin air tech has been advertising a product for saleHowever the the product you receive is nowhere near what they have been advertising
I ordered a drone from griffin air tech in mid November I revived the product today decThe drone that I have received is not what they advertisedI believe this is a common theme for this company

Lots of friendly apologies and excuses for delayed shipmentAfter a month I asked for a refundQuick response "I will gladly refund your money but if you can wait, I will have tracking numbers for you tomorrow"I should have taken the moneyYes, they did send itWhat happen to the Gryphon advertised? The name on it says StrikerNice looking case, neat looking drone but that is where it stopsIt can be operated by controller or AndroidFlying with the controller alone there is no position hold or return homeEven though there is a TF slot, it will not record anythingThe drone does Not have GPS but through WIFI uses the Android GPSAll photos & video are WIFI recorded on the AndroidIntelligent battery charger? Ha HaBattery last - mins maxNo parts list, no e-mail response nowYou can spend $at Walmart and come home with something better than this

I may have been scammedSaw this ad on Facebook and ordered a Griffin Gryphon drone for $on 12-5-and was not delivered as of 1-7-All my calls were to a recorded message to leave info but got no response.I did get e-mail saying they are over loaded with orders
