I made the mistake of going here to buy a new truck after many warnings not to My sales person was extremely pushy and did not want to give me my keys back on my trade until he had the deal done I had things to do that day and told them to do the paperwork and give me a call when it was a done deal They insisted that I take the truck and come back later to sign the papers After going back times I finally signed the papers and thought it was a done deal days later (yes 27) I received a call from the finance company on my trade stating it was in default!! They never paid off my car! Took me days to reach [redacted] the finance guy just to tell me the financing fell through and could I bring him $down!! No one called me, even just to say "hey we haven't paid off your car" I had no clue until a the other finance company called me! Now they have created a ding on my credit score and think it is just no big deal I have now had my truck for days because they want me to swap them out without issuing me a check for my deposit that they cashed I refuse! I want my trade in and my deposit at the same time They are making me chase them down just to get my security deposit back This dealership is HORRIBLE I have now dealt with different people with still no results I would definitely go somewhere else!
