April 2015, I had by master bathroom painted by [redacted] the owner of Grounds Painting LLC. I got the reference from a colleague.
During a brief consultation regarding the room size and price (which was reasonable compared to the other quotes I had gotten) he told me to go to Sherwin Williams and pick out a color and call back with my selection.
I made an appointment with him 2 weeks following the phone call and picking out the color. [redacted] was punctual and brought the paint needed with him so I didn't have to worry about having enough, which was a stress reliever. My bathroom has several turns and corners that needed taping off but he handled it very professionally. [redacted] told me that it took 3 coats of paint to cover the dark chocolate the previous owners had on the walls. I was mostly impressed about the fact that he did not have a problem with answering my questions and even educated me on a few tricks of the trade. The whole job took about 4 hours due to the coats of paint as aforementioned. We talked about him possibly doing another job later on in the year. Thank you [redacted] for your time and patience and making the unpromising experiences with other companies a distant memory.
