Yes, we have been in contact with the insurance company Not with any help of Harmony Homes I contacted the insurance company myself and sent them all the invoices The same invoices that were given to Harmony Homes over two months ago The insurance company was very helpful and I appreciate there excellent customer service We still have not received a call from Harmony Homes with the Claim Number after numerous messages were left with David so I took matters into my own hands and contacted the insurance company myselfI'm very disappointed in their lack of consideration for the matter and complete lack of communication Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

Under the advisement of the insurance company,we were told that they would handle it from here on out and we were to let them take care of it
