The car searching journey started, unfortunately, long before going to haus auto group I had tried quite a few dealerships to work out deals on numerous different vehicles at different prices Most of the associates I dealt with seemed to not have the time of day because I had negative equity on my trade After several failed attempts I read numerous reviews on several websites about haus auto group and their customer service Every positive review you see is DEAD ON!! They are willing to take the time to talk about your situation explain what they have and listen to what you are looking for They dont try to push you in to a sale simply for a commission they truly want to help put you in your dream vehicle We had J*** as our salesman and he was extremely easy to work with You could tell right from the start he was willing to do anything he could to help regardless of the car situation I had You will get great customer service as well as a great vehicle from Haus auto group

This is the second used car I have bought from Ron Haus Auto Group and so far, I can say this experience has been as successful and rewarding as the first. I went back because everybody at Ron Haus took great care of me the first time around and even long after purchasing my first vehicle from them. So far, this second time, I worked with [redacted] and he was very professional but mostly personable and friendly. From the beginning, he took all of the guesswork out of the purchase and was completely helpful and up front with regards to every detail. He was very thorough and he has since followed up with me regarding my purchase and if there is anything else he can do for me. I looked for three months,for a nissan frontier with all the goodies.I found one at haus auto group on the net for a real good price.now their in ohio and I'm in syracuse ny.I gave JEFF LOY in the sales department, a call great guy to work with.I can't drive until DEC 15.No problem for me or JEFF they delivered the truck to Syracuse NY for free!!!I would recommend this Auto Group to any one.Super to work with lawrence [redacted]

I bought a Tahoe and Jerry was the sales man . He was not pushy and respected my opinion . The sale went smooth. I was disappointed in the detail and cleaning of the truck . I was told it would be cleaned and the inside was not and they even left the pervious inspection stickers on the windshield .

The whole staff down at Haus Auto Group are great! Truly friendly and really accommodating to the needs and wants of the customer. Including [redacted] who personally worked out an issue for me. [redacted] was the main one to take care of me. He did an excellent job, no pressure, no hassles, and was truly concerned about working things out the way I needed them to be. Not like the way most dealers and salesmen want them to be. I traded in the first car I bought from Haus Auto, a 2009 Chevy Malibu LS (which had a principal higher than trade in value). He got me out of my old car and into exactly what I have been looking for and wanted for a long time now, a 2009 Saturn Outlook XR. My only concern was that this vehicle had leather and a tow package, however, this one was fully loaded! EVEN BETTER and boy am I happy! The best part is nothing was carried over from the old principal onto the new loan! A fresh start on a new vehicle! On top of that [redacted] and [redacted] (Finance Dept.) almost got the payment around where I needed them to be. Very close to my old payment on a vehicle more expensive by far, impressive! Like the title states, this is a place that WILL work with what you WANT! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would suggest skipping all the "big time" dealerships where they treat you like a second class citizen and head over to Haus Auto Group!! They will really take care of you!!
