They don't fix problems in the apartment.
I had to wait five months for a work order to be completed.
The gas fireplace has been broken since I moved in, and it hasn't been fixed; it is winter and I can't use the fireplace.

Review: Complex has failed to deliver payment for deposit and last portion of months rent.

On the 16th of August I transferred from unit [redacted] to unit [redacted]. I was told that I would receive a check in the mail within twenty two business days from date of move in. It has now been forty eight days since my move in date and I have contacted the rental office several times. Due to the inconvenience of not receiving the check that was promised to me, I have had to let certain bills go past due in order to pay my rent on time, which has resulted in my credit score dropping significantly. Desired Settlement: Two months rent compensation in addition to the money I am owed in order for me to recover financially.

Co states they sent the tenant his refund but it wasn't within the 21 days allowed by law, so they sent him an additional refund of $300.00. He should have been taken care of by now.
