Moved my grandmother into this facility and was promised by sales person that her 4lb dog could move in with herThat was the ONLY reason we chose this facility rather than others closerIt was highly KNOWN the dog was a huge part of facility choiceAfter months of run around and going to head person to see WHEN we could get dog in,was I told they were sorry but they never allow pets where my grandmothers room was even though the sales person PROMISED both my aunt and myself that her dog could move in with her once she had been there six weeksShe started to go downhill with depression without her dogI went to visit 2-times a week and it was very difficult to FIND anyone workingOn my grandmothers death bed, I Was there more oftenand still scarce staff! I feel the amount paid for her to live there the staff promised to attend her wing was severely understaffedI feel she would have lived longer and happier had I moved her to a better facilityI feel I was “ bait and swit
