Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from Hot Technology Products to my complaint comes as no surprise, although MsTheresa lied to you about telling me three times how the product works, as you will see in the following message exchanges The biggest problem that she has yet to address is the scam marketing practice this company employs in getting people to buy their products in the first place The sales people at the booth at the [redacted] made no mention of the process to recharge their products, and for good reason, as it is not as easy as she claimed in her condescending response to my email complaint All they said was that the products would return to their natural state after a couple hoursNor did they say anything about their no-refund policy, but only shoved the informational paper into the bag with the several products we bought Their “lifetime” warranty is a joke given that all they will do is replace defective products If these products were any good, they would not have to fear refunding money to dissatisfied customers As I have done more research on this product on-line, I have found numerous complaints that mirror my own The product is also known as Heat in a Click, but that was conveniently not conveyed during the sales presentation I was given, again for good reason. My experience with this product is by far not unique and I believe Hot Technology Products is a scam marketer that is taking advantage of people to make a buck.I have attached the complete record of my communication with Hot Technology Products as well as small sampling of the complaints filed by others against the same product and marketing approach they are using to separate people from their money, regardless of what company or product name they are using in the momentI in no way accept the company’s response and will continue to pursue a remedy through my credit card company In the meantime, something should be done to keep this company from ripping off other unsuspecting people.Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The
response from Hot Technology Products to my complaint comes as no surprise,
although MsTheresa lied to you about telling me three times how the product
works, as you will see in the following message exchanges. The biggest problem that she has yet to
address is the scam marketing practice this company employs in getting people
to buy their products in the first place.
The sales people at the booth at the *** *** *** made no
mention of the process to recharge their products, and for good reason, as it
is not as easy as she claimed in her condescending response to my email
complaint. All they said was that the
products would return to their natural state after a couple hoursNor did they
say anything about their no-refund policy, but only shoved the informational
paper into the bag with the several products we bought. Their “lifetime” warranty is a joke given
that all they will do is replace defective products. If these products were any good, they would
not have to fear refunding money to dissatisfied customers. As

the same product and marketing approach they are using to separate people from

through my credit card company. In the
