Absolute terrible, get a product and the parts they give you don't last already had to change out a power supply, had a pc prior to this that I never even had to touch a part after it was built.

Upon my initial order (roughly $3,000 for a laptop), it was advertised that they would ship within 5 to 10 business days. AFTER the purchase, it went a month without even getting to the "Building" stage. It took them 2 weeks just to get to the "Gathering Parts" stage of my order.

In several attempts to contact the company to investigate what was going on, the excuses were that they were busy, and for me to be patient. I was also guaranteed that I would have the laptop in my hands within a month. This was a lie - a month later, I cancelled as they had not even started to build it, much less QA and test it. If you are that busy, warn your customers on your website BEFORE they pay.

Would not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstances.
