I bought my first ever car used from the owner way back in 1997. When it had a vibration issue, a whole year later, he fixed it for me at his cost! That's how he earned my trust and business. 18 years and several cars later, I still trust this location to be "my mechanic" for all my auto repair needs. I'm never happy to need work done on my car, but as a woman who could be taken advantage of for lack of auto knowledge, I appreciate having a mechanic shop I can trust. Yesterday I got home from getting maintenance work done by my mechanic and I looked them up and was sad to find they were rated poorly on this site... as a result of 2 complaints. 25 years in business and only 2 complaints gets you a negative overall Revdex.com rating? Maybe it's because I, and other satisfied customers, have failed to leave a positive review here in the past? I bet the owner has never bothered customers to leave him positive reviews. I'm going to tell him to start asking his regulars to join me in helping them out with positive reviews.
