I am rejecting this response because: I dont think is safe in for children they need to take more drastic measures make it more safe they did say they made some changes but I dont feel they did allot

I opened a case last year but failed to update Revdex.com. I received a call from the company in which I returned and left several messages with no response and no resolution. I went the club jan 2015 and canceled my membership but they continued to charge me for the entire year and Is doing so monthly since 2016 started. I no longer live in the area as of jan 2015. I want a refund for all charges starting feb 2015 - present for months I was to be canceled. Total $350 which would make a difference to a single mom of 3.

I am rejecting this response because:Right after I spoke with [redacted] from InShape Corporate office, I received an automated phone call from InShape, stating that they will proceed with the membership autopay.  InShape is used to unfair bussiness practice and they want blood (money) no matter what.  I'm prepared, ready, willing and able to fight them back.  The buck stops with the [redacted]'s.

I am rejecting this response because: InShapes response indicated that the problem was escalated to their HR department.  As a victim of what occurred, how would the Human Resources Department be beneficial to me as a victim since I am NOT an employee with InShape?  InShape obviously has personnel problems that need to be corrected which does not affect what already OCCURRED.  Training their personnel can be on-going for years in order to correct what ALREADY HAPPENED.  In the meantime, as a victim, the problem and issue is evaded until they figure out what they must do correct what occurred from happening again?  Unacceptable.  Inshape must take responsibility in accepting what HAPPENED.  As a victim of being violated my privacy on their premise, I have to re-live what occurred EVERYTIME I go to the gym, with that said, it is UNACCEPTABLE to for me as a victim to wait until they figure out what to do.

I am rejecting this response because:Please review my complaint.  I have experienced a classic BAIT & SWITCH with In-Shape.  For 6 years, I was paying only $50 for a family of four & I get to access all Platinum gym except for Laurel Glen & Ming because those two were considered Diamond.  We were told in order to access a Diamond gym, we have to upgrade from $50 to $104.  All was well until you SWITCHED  & DOWNGRADED the Ming gym from Diamond to Platinum.  What I consider so upsetting is, had I been patient and delayed upgrading our account last March, I would still be paying $50 for family of four and still access ALL gyms here in Bakersfield.  That is what I am fighting for - your business practice is NOT HONEST AND NOT FAIR!Please stop saying I am getting a good deal compared to the new platinum members. Of course I am paying much less because you INCREASED the pricing recently!  You are comparing apples and oranges.  I have a grandfather plan - give me my old plan back and let's get this thing over with.  Review my account and compare it with the old platinum members.  That is the point I am trying to explain to you.  I've been a longtime member of the gym.  I immediately signed up and was considered a 'chartered' member long before Ming gym opened up and this is what I get for the business that I am giving you and for being a loyal patron of the gym?Why can't you give the Diamond members better benefit? Why can't you lower down our UPGRADED fees or give us access to the lounge for free instead of paying extra for it?  Allow me to reiterate, In-Shape does NOT practice fair and honest business.  A lot of diamond members are not happy with how you are handling our case.

I am rejecting this response because: I received a voicemail message from In-Shape like their response said. I was at work and unable to answer the call at the time. I called her back on Friday, November 27th and left a message (she was probably out for the Thanksgiving holiday). I tried calling again today Monday, November 30th and left another message. Nothing has been resolved yet so please do NOT close this complaint. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Yes the matter has been resolved to the best it could be at the time. I spoke with in shape and they wouldn't give me a written apology because they felt there management did nothing wrong, but we were able to figure out a way we're we both would be happy so the matter has been tooken care of.Thank you so much for your help.

[redacted] upgraded the membership to a “Couple Diamond Market” membership providing access to 68 clubs.  Ms. [redacted] has a fantastic rate at $95.99.  New members joining for the same membership type will pay $139.99!    While the club level was recently changed to a Platinum level under the new structure guidelines, Ms. [redacted] continues to have the same access and distinction to a Diamond membership with access to 68 clubs.  Because Ms. [redacted] enjoys a low rate, if she were to reduce her membership to a Platinum level it would now be more expensive and include less club access. That is a benefit of a founding member. We have explained the differences to Ms. [redacted] regarding the "Legacy” membership versus the new “Platinum and “Diamond” memberships and we hope this will clarify our position.
